This stage of life can be tough. We’ve got the menopause to look forward to (and most of us have no idea what that might entail and indeed if we’re already in peri-menopause!) and many of us have families to run around after while also holding down a job. The current pandemic adds to our stress levels and confusion as we’re juggling a mountain of things! On social media all you see are young, slim women who aren’t exactly an inspiration to someone in their midlife. I hate to say it but you’re never going to look 20 again. Or on the opposite end you see the older generation ageing gracefully, which although we may aspire to have their attitude later in life, it’s not that time yet. Basically, we’re at that stage where it’s a bit of a no-mans-land.

If so, this is where I want to help. I’m at this stage myself and I want to feel strong, healthy and well positioned to deal with anything that is thrown at me in the coming years. Who am I and why should listen to me?

I’m slightly in denial about my age, but I’m…ahem 44. I re-trained as a personal trainer when I was pregnant with my daughter as I wanted a job that I actually enjoyed and that gave me the flexibility and that ever desired work-life balance. I’ve been working with women of all ages over the last 5 years, helping them get stronger in both mind and body, so yes, although I’m specifically talking to those in their midlife here, I can apply the main principles to working with whatever stage of life you’re at. I provide bespoke exercise programmes with nutritional advice and oodles of support so that everyone gets what they came to me for!
I love helping women get back their mojo. I want you to feel more like YOU and not just as a mum, a wife or an employee. Having your own self worth as an individual is important and it will better enable you to deal with the daily stresses and actually BE THERE for your loved one.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this just for 40+ women?
No, I tailor the programme to women whatever their age, so perfect for anyone needing a boost and some accountability.
How long is the programme?
As long as you want. Your workouts will change (and progress) on a regular basis, so it’s up to you if you want to do just a month or if you want to use it as a maintenance plan over a longer period. All I ask if that you give me 2 weeks notice to cancel so that I don’t do all the work for your next month, for no reason. :-)
What happens after I finish?
You will remain in the Facebook community group forever so you have the support from other members and the ability to ask questions to help with your ongoing journey. And don’t be a stranger – if you feel things slipping once you’ve left then you can join again at any time.
What nutritional help do I get?
The Seed programme doesn't include this, although the email coaching you receive will have some basic recommendations. The other packages however - based on the information I get from you, I will work out the calories you need to be consuming along with your macros. You will also get some meal options and recipes. You can also track your food through the web system which I can then advise on and give recommendations.
How do I track progress?
At the beginning of your programme you will be asked to take measurements and progress photos. You will then need to provide these details at various points along the way. You will also be asked to log your workouts so we can see the progress you’ve made with your strength/cardio as well as aesthetic measurements.
What support do I get?
You will get a web call from me at the beginning of the programme to go through how the programme works, discuss your goals/desires etc. I use this to collate the programme. If you’re on the flower or plant packages then you get coaching calls included – we will arrange a mutually convenient time to do these each month. This will be to check on how you’re getting on and to answer any questions you have. You can also post any questions/concerns in the community group or email me throughout. I just ask that you're patient waiting for a reply email as I have childcare responsibilities and not available 24/7.
Do I need to download an app?
Yes this is all app-based.
Can I change tiers?
Yes, just let me know before your next months payment is due to be taken.
