New class

Sorry it's been a while since my last post, but it's been a hectic start to the new year. I was made redundant at the end of the year, promptly got a marketing freelance role and then 3 weeks ago I inherited a circuits class. Sad news that our instructor left to emigrate to the other side of the world, but great that it gave me a ready made group to work from.

The regulars are still with me, which is great news and I've managed to drag some of my friends to it (hopefully they'll stay friends after me pushing them every class!!). It's one thing being a participant to then teaching the class, so it was a daunting start and my cardio routine is still a little rough round the edges. Everyone seems to like the personal touches I have made and they've all been very supportive.

Now getting excited about branching out and doing other classes, but I won't get ahead of myself - I have a day job and studying to do, so one step at a time.....
